No one will want to miss out on tasting these cornbread cookies that look amazing!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 4 tablespoons (soup) full of condensed milk or sugar

  • 1 teaspoon chemical baking powder

  • 1 cup cornstarch/cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

  • Place the eggs, condensed milk or sugar in a container and stir well.
  • Add the melted butter, cornstarch/cornstarch, grated Parmesan cheese and stir again.
  • Add the baking powder and mix until the dough evens out, then transfer to greased cupcake molds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 16 minutes, wait for the cornstarch cookies to cool down and they are ready to serve.
