Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons of melted butter
4 tablespoons (soup) full of condensed milk or sugar
1 teaspoon chemical baking powder
1 cup cornstarch/cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Place the eggs, condensed milk or sugar in a container and stir well.
- Add the melted butter, cornstarch/cornstarch, grated Parmesan cheese and stir again.
- Add the baking powder and mix until the dough evens out, then transfer to greased cupcake molds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 16 minutes, wait for the cornstarch cookies to cool down and they are ready to serve.
