Luiz Felipe Cake (Mole Cake)

Prepare coffee to accompany this delicious cake in the morning or afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 3 cups of sugar (tea)

  • 5 whole eggs

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and beat very well.
  • Add a part of the milk, the grated parmesan and beat again. 
    Put the wheat flour and beat quickly.
  • Add the rest of the milk and beat some more. 
    Transfer the mixture to a greased shape and sprinkled with wheat flour.
  • Take the cake to the preheated oven at 200º₢ and when it starts to brown, reduce it to 180º₢, totaling between 40 and 50 minutes of baking time.
  • Wait for the cake to cool completely, remove it from the mold by running a knife along the sides of the mold and the Luiz Felipe cake is ready to serve.
