Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
Juice of 3 lemons
Lemon zest (optional, for garnish)
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk and lemon juice.Â
Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture. - Then add the cream to the bowl and mix again until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into individual bowls or a large bowl.
- Refrigerate and let the mousse set for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, you can decorate the lemon mousse with lemon zest and mint leaves.
