To make your Lemon Mousse, use the ingredients below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • Juice of 3 lemons

  • Lemon zest (optional, for garnish)

  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix condensed milk and lemon juice. 
    Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then add the cream to the bowl and mix again until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into individual bowls or a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate and let the mousse set for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, you can decorate the lemon mousse with lemon zest and mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
