Lemon Pavé is a refreshing and tasty dessert, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 and 1/2 can of cream

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 150g white chocolate

  • 1/2 box of cream

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  • Soak the biscuits in milk and line the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread half of the lemon cream over the cookies.
  • Make another layer of cookies, dipped in milk.
  • Spread the remaining lemon cream.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  • Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix until it forms a homogeneous cream.
  • Pour the white chocolate cream over the pavé.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
