Lemon Pavé is a refreshing and tasty dessert, perfect for summer.
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 and 1/2 can of cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 package of cornstarch biscuits
1 cup of milk
150g white chocolate
1/2 box of cream
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Soak the biscuits in milk and line the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the lemon cream over the cookies.
- Make another layer of cookies, dipped in milk.
- Spread the remaining lemon cream.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Pour the white chocolate cream over the pavé.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
