Prepare this Italian straw pie for an irresistible dessert!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of sweet biscuits

  • 200 grams of 1/2 dark chocolate bar

  • 1 carton and 1/2 of condensed milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • Biscuits and chocolate bar to taste to decorate

Directions

  • Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and add the condensed milk, the cream, the powdered chocolate and the chopped 1/2 bitter chocolate.
  • Stir over medium heat non-stop until you get a brigadeiro point and easily release from the bottom of the pan. 
    Turn off the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  • Add the chopped cookies and mix very well. 
    Then transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter or margarine and smooth the surface.
  • Cover the dessert with culinary plastic in contact with the surface and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Unmold the pie, finish decorating with chopped biscuits and chocolate on top and the Italian straw pie can now be served.
