For your Hungarian Slices to be perfect, you will need to use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 package of dry yeast yeast

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons of Margarine

  • 600g Wheat Flour

  • 300ml of milk (to the point)

  • 100g grated coconut

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of Margarine

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Add 1 packet dry yeast starter;
  • Add 1 egg;
  • Add 1/2 level tablespoon of salt;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Margarine;
  • Add 600g of Wheat Flour;
  • Add 300ml of milk (until the point);
  • Mix well and knead the dough;
  • Transfer the dough to a floured container and cover;
  • Let rest for 30 minutes;
  • In a bowl, add 100g of grated coconut;
  • Add 1/2 box of condensed milk;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Margarine;
  • Mix;
  • Sprinkle wheat flour on your countertop;
  • Open the dough with a roll;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Brush water around the edges of the dough;
  • Wrap;
  • Cut;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
  • Let rest for 30 minutes;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  • Cover with condensed milk and grated coconut;
  • Your Hungarian Slices are ready!
