Homemade condensed milk is made with the same ingredients as industrial condensed milk, but is prepared in a simpler and faster way.
Just mix all the ingredients in a pan or blender and blend until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy.
Ingredients
1 cup (tea) powdered milk (110g)
1 cup (tea) of sugar (180g)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (20g)
½ cup (tea) of warm water (120ml)
Directions
- In a blender, place the powdered milk, sugar, butter and warm water.
- Beat for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy.
- Transfer the condensed milk to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
