Homemade Big Mac + Special Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 hamburger buns

  • 2 beef burgers

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • chopped lettuce

  • Sliced ​​tomato

  • sliced ​​onion

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat a griddle or griddle.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Reserve.
  • Grill the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  • Cut the hamburger buns in half and take them to the griddle to lightly toast them.
