In addition to being tasty and refreshing, this guava and mango juice is a source of vitamin C!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango

  • 1k of red guava

  • 3 liters of ice water

  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Wash the guavas and mango well, cut the fruits and add half in a blender.
  • Add half ice water and beat for a few minutes. 
    Transfer the drink to a pitcher and beat the rest of the fruits and water in the blender.
  • Sift the drink through a strainer, add sugar to taste and the guava and mango juice is ready.
