Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated tapioca

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the granulated tapioca with the milk. 
    Let it rest for 30 minutes, or until the tapioca absorbs all the milk.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the egg mixture. 
    Mix well.
  • Add the hydrated tapioca to the egg and flour mixture. 
    Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180°C, for around 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
