Gelatin with cream is a classic dessert combination, which results in a creamy and tasty sweet. 
There are many different recipes that use this combination, but the base is always the same: gelatin dissolved in hot water and cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of gelatin flavor of your choice

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Directions

  • Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, according to the instructions on the package.
  • Add cold water and mix well.
  • Add the cream and sugar and mix again.
  • Pour the mixture into a refractory and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
