Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic
1 box of cream
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Chopped green chilli (optional)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
- Place the cream and garlic in the blender.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add the oil or olive oil gradually, in a thin stream, without stopping beating.
- Blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Add lemon juice or vinegar, chopped green chilli, black pepper and salt to taste.
- Beat a little more to incorporate the ingredients.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
