Make your garlic cream following the instructions below to make it simply wonderful!

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 box of cream

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

  • Chopped green chilli (optional)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  • Place the cream and garlic in the blender.
  • Beat until creamy.
  • Add the oil or olive oil gradually, in a thin stream, without stopping beating.
  • Blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Add lemon juice or vinegar, chopped green chilli, black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Beat a little more to incorporate the ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
