3 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs.
- Dip the banana slices in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the bananas for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
- Drain the bananas on paper towels and serve immediately.
