Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of corn flakes

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1/2 cup (shallow) oil

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • Grease and flour a round pan with a hole in the middle.
  • In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
