Ingredients
2 cups (tea) of corn flakes
1 cup (tea) of milk
1/2 cup (shallow) oil
2 cups (tea) of sugar
4 whole eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Grease and flour a round pan with a hole in the middle.
- In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend for 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
