2 medium eggplants
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon dried oregano

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash the eggplants and cut them into thin slices.

- Season the eggplant slices with the olive oil mixture.
