Your Donuts are delicious if you use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 420 g wheat flour (3 and ½ cups)

  • 60 g sugar (⅓ cup)

  • 5 g of instant dry biological yeast (½ envelope)

  • 1 unit egg

  • 180 mL warm milk (¾ cup)

  • 60 g melted butter (3 tablespoons)

  • Salt (1 pinch)

  • 280 g icing sugar (2 cups)

  • 45 ml of milk (3 tablespoons)

  • Food coloring

  • Confectionery

  • Oil

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 180 mL of warm milk (¾ cup);
  • Add 60 g sugar (⅓ cup);
  • Add 5 g of instant dry biological yeast (½ envelope);
  • Mix;
  • Add 60 g of melted butter (3 tablespoons);
  • Add 1 unit egg;
  • Add Salt (1 pinch);
  • Add 420 g all-purpose flour (3 ½ cups);
  • Knead the dough well;
  • Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl;
  • Cover and take to a warm place (can be in the oven off);
  • Let it rest for 1 hour;
  • Flour your countertop and open the dough;
  • Cut the dough with a glass;
  • Cut the ball from the center of the dough too (you can use a lid);
  • Transfer the mass to a heart attack;
  • Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour;
  • Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides;
  • In a bowl add 280 g icing sugar (2 cups);
  • Add 45 mL of milk (3 tablespoons);
  • Mix;
  • Add food coloring;
  • Mix;
  • Dip half of donut into frosting;
  • Add the candy;
  • Your Donuts are ready!
