Ingredients
300ml redcurrant syrup
1 cup (tea) of sago
1 liter of water
Cinnamon stick to taste
Cloves to taste
Directions
- Boil water with cloves and cinnamon to taste.
Sift the hot water and transfer to a pan with the sago. - Add the currant syrup and mix very well.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until it boils and the sago balls become transparent. - Transfer to a container and let cool at room temperature.
Cover, refrigerate for at least 6 hours and serve the currant sago chilled.
