Make a delicious Corn Curau with this simple, easy and perfect recipe!

Ingredients

  • 5 ears of green corn

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling (optional)

Directions

  • Remove the corn kernels and blend in a blender with the milk.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
  • In a pan, place the beaten corn, sugar and salt.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  • Turn off the heat and place on a platter.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon powder (optional) and serve hot or cold.
