Ingredients
5 ears of green corn
2 cups of milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon powder for sprinkling (optional)
Directions
- Remove the corn kernels and blend in a blender with the milk.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
- In a pan, place the beaten corn, sugar and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat and place on a platter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder (optional) and serve hot or cold.
