Sugar 1 cup (180g)
Instant coffee granules 4 tablespoons (28g)
Warm water 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (3g)
Chocolate powder 2 tbsp (20g)
Directions
- In a stand mixer add 1 cup (180g) Sugar;
- Add Instant Coffee Granules 4 tablespoons (28g);
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) warm water;
- Beat on high speed for 10 to 15 minutes;
- Add Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (3g);
- Add Chocolate powder 2 tbsp (20g);
- Beat for another 5 minutes;
- Transfer it to a pot and take it to the freezer to store;
- Consume 2 tablespoons of cappuccino with 200ml of hot milk;
