Creamy Chocolate Mousse

Try this creamy chocolate mousse for a light, convenient and delicious dessert!
Ingredients
1 colorless unflavored gelatin (12 grams)
3 chocolate bars (240 grams)
5 tablespoons of water
240ml hot milk
200ml chilled whipped cream
200 grams of chilled cream
Grated or powdered chocolate for sprinkling
Directions
- Add gelatine and water to a container, mix well and wait to hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Melt the gelatin for 15 seconds in the microwave or, if you prefer, melt it in a pan over low heat, taking care not to boil.
- In a blender place the hot milk, the prepared gelatin, the cold cream, the cold whipped cream and the chopped chocolate.
- Cover the blender and beat the ingredients for approximately 3 minutes, or until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Transfer the creamy mixture to a refractory, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours or in the freezer for a maximum of 2 hours.
- Decorate with grated chocolate, chocolate powder or whatever you prefer and the creamy chocolate mousse is ready.
