Ingredients
- 300g cream (1 pot) 
- 240g wheat flour (2 cups) 
- 200g cornstarch (1 packet) 
- 180g sugar (1 cup) 
- 60g butter (3 tablespoons) 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, butter and sugar until it forms a cream.
- Add the cornstarch and mix until combined.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, mixing until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the cookies into whatever shape you want.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
