Ingredients

  • 1 kg of meat (we used flank steak)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or oil

  • 1 cup tomato sauce (240ml)

  • 1 chopped medium pepper

  • 2 medium chopped onions

  • 3 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 large chopped tomato

  • 4 bay leaves

  • 1 tablespoon shoyu sauce

  • 3 teaspoons of salt (to taste)

  • ⅓ teaspoon cumin

  • ⅓ teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 2 teaspoons of paprika

  • Green smell to taste

  • 1 cup of water (240 ml)

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
  • Turn on medium to high fire;
  • Add 1kg of meat (we use flank steak);
  • Cook for 5 minutes and mix;
  • Add 2 medium chopped onions;
  • Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Mix;
  • Cook for 5 minutes;
  • Add 2 teaspoons smoked paprika;
  • Add 2 teaspoons paprika;
  • Add ⅓ teaspoon cumin;
  • Add 3 teaspoons of salt (to taste);
  • Add ⅓ teaspoon black pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Add 4 bay leaves;
  • Add 1 chopped medium bell pepper;
  • Add 1 large diced tomato;
  • Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 cup tomato sauce (240ml);
  • Mix;
  • 1 cup of boiling water (240ml)
  • Cover and leave for 20 minutes under pressure;
  • Shred the meat;
  • Add green smell to taste;
  • Saute for 5 minutes;
  • Your Mad Meat is ready!
