1 kg of meat (we used flank steak)
2 tablespoons olive oil or oil
1 cup tomato sauce (240ml)
1 chopped medium pepper
2 medium chopped onions
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 large chopped tomato
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon shoyu sauce
3 teaspoons of salt (to taste)
⅓ teaspoon cumin
⅓ teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons of paprika
Green smell to taste
1 cup of water (240 ml)
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
- Turn on medium to high fire;
- Add 1kg of meat (we use flank steak);
- Cook for 5 minutes and mix;
- Add 2 medium chopped onions;
- Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
- Mix;
- Cook for 5 minutes;
- Add 2 teaspoons smoked paprika;
- Add 2 teaspoons paprika;
- Add ⅓ teaspoon cumin;
- Add 3 teaspoons of salt (to taste);
- Add ⅓ teaspoon black pepper;
- Mix;
- Add 4 bay leaves;
- Add 1 chopped medium bell pepper;
- Add 1 large diced tomato;
- Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
- Mix;
- Add 1 cup tomato sauce (240ml);
- Mix;
- 1 cup of boiling water (240ml)
- Cover and leave for 20 minutes under pressure;
- Shred the meat;
- Add green smell to taste;
- Saute for 5 minutes;
- Your Mad Meat is ready!
