Here is a delicious creamy cornmeal cake recipe:

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of cornmeal

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (you can use Parmesan or your favorite cheese)

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
    Unite a round shape with butter and sprinkle with cornmeal.
  • In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, milk, cornmeal, wheat flour and grated cheese.
  • Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then add the melted butter and baking powder, and beat again just to incorporate the ingredients.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared form.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
  • Serve the creamy cornmeal cake in slices with coffee or tea.
