Ingredients
4 whole eggs
3 chopped bananas
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup cornmeal (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
240 ml of milk
100 ml of oil
Directions
- Start by beating the eggs, sugar and oil with a mixer or spoon.
- Add the flour, cornmeal and beat again very well.
- Add the milk and beat well.
Place the baking soda and mix until homogenized. - Put the chopped bananas, stir well and pass the dough to a greased shape.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold the cornmeal cake with banana after it cools down and serve it.
