Cornflake cake is made with cornflake, milk, sugar, eggs, wheat flour and baking powder. 
The ingredients are mixed in a blender and the dough is poured into a greased and floured pan. 
The cake is baked in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.

Cornflake cake has a soft, moist texture with a mild corn flavor. 
It is a cake that pleases all palates.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of corn flakes

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1/2 cup (shallow) of oil

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Grease a round pan with a hole in the middle with margarine and sugar.
  • Pour the dough into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
