Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup (tea) sugar
50 grams of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, corn flakes, sugar and grated coconut until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the baking powder and beat for a few more seconds.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
