Make a corn flake cake using the ingredients below and following the instructions below.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup corn flakes

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, corn flakes, sugar and grated coconut until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the baking powder and beat for a few more seconds.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
