Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup cornmeal (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 box of condensed milk
1 can of drained corn
50 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- Place the drained corn, eggs, milk, condensed milk and butter or margarine in a blender.
- Beat for about 2 to 3 minutes, add the grated coconut, cornmeal and beat some more to mix.
- Add the baking powder and beat in the “pulsar” mode to homogenize the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Unmold the corn cake with condensed milk after it cools down and it is ready to serve.
