Biscuit pavé is a traditional Brazilian dessert, made with layers of champagne or cornstarch biscuits moistened in milk and interspersed with condensed milk cream.

Cookie pavé is an easy-to-prepare and delicious dessert, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 packages of champagne biscuits or cornstarch
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of milk (use the same size as the can of condensed milk)
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup of milk to moisten the cookies
Directions
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk and cornstarch dissolved in the milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Moisten the cookies in milk and line the bottom of a baking dish.
- Cover with condensed milk cream.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the condensed milk cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Decorate with cookies and serve immediately.
