Condensed Milk Pudding (with Jelly)

This condensed milk pudding is one of the easiest desserts out there!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 2 sachets of colorless and unflavored gelatin

  • 2 cans of cream

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 3/4 cup water (tea)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Directions

  • In a bowl mix the jellies with 1/2 cup of water until dissolved. 
    Microwave for 15 seconds or melt in bain-marie and set aside.
  • Put the milk, cream, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin in the blender and beat for 3 minutes with it covered.
  • Unite a platter with oil and pour the whole mixture into it. 
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • For the syrup, add the sugar to a pan off the heat. 
    Turn on the heat and stir constantly until it melts completely.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water to the syrup and boil until completely melted and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the syrup to a container and wait to cool down. 
    Pour over the condensed milk pudding and the dessert is ready.
