Ingredients
500g desalted and shredded codfish
1 chopped red onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley to taste
Directions
- Start by cooking the cod in boiling water for about 10 minutes, until it is soft.Â
Run and book. - In a large bowl, combine the onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and olives.
- Add the cod to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Â
