Ingredients
4 whole eggs
2 cups of sugar (tea)
2 cups
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, oil, sugar, coconut milk and beat well.
- Add flour and baking powder to a bowl and mix well.
Add the liquid mixture and stir until homogenized. - Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet with butter or margarine and floured.
- Bake the cake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Wait for the cake to cool at room temperature, unmold it if you prefer and the coconut milk cake is ready for consumption.
