This coconut milk cake is even tastier accompanied by a good cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)

  • 2 cups

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, oil, sugar, coconut milk and beat well.
  • Add flour and baking powder to a bowl and mix well. 
    Add the liquid mixture and stir until homogenized.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet with butter or margarine and floured.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Wait for the cake to cool at room temperature, unmold it if you prefer and the coconut milk cake is ready for consumption.
