200 ml of coconut milk
200 grams of grated coconut
1 box of condensed milk
2 boxes of sour cream
2 packets of colorless and unflavored gelatin
Directions
- Add condensed milk, coconut milk, milk cream to the blender and beat well.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on its package, add it to the blender mix and beat until homogenized.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the grated coconut and mix very well with a spoon or spatula.
