This icy coconut dessert is sure to make anyone want to repeat!

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 200 grams of grated coconut

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

  • 2 packets of colorless and unflavored gelatin

Directions

  • Add condensed milk, coconut milk, milk cream to the blender and beat well.
  • Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on its package, add it to the blender mix and beat until homogenized.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the grated coconut and mix very well with a spoon or spatula.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into a refractory or container of your choice, leave it in the fridge for 2 hours or until it is consistent and the frozen coconut dessert is ready.
