Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • ½ chopped onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 500g peeled and cleaned shrimp

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 pot of cream cheese

  • 1 box of cream

  • 200g + 100g grated mozzarella

  • 200g of ham

  • 100g of frozen peas

  • 250g cooked rice

  • Straw potato to taste

  • Parsley to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1 tablespoon butter;
  • Add ½ chopped onion;
  • Add 2 garlic cloves;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add shrimp;
  • Add salt;
  • Add 1 pot of cream cheese;
  • Add 1 box of cream milk;
  • Add 200g + 100g of grated mozzarella;
  • Mix until you turn into a cream;
  • Add 200g of chopped ham;
  • Add 100g of frozen peas;
  • Add 250g of cooked rice;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a refractory;
  • Add mozzarella cheese;
  • Bake at 250 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
  • Cover with straw potato;
  • Add chopped parsley;
  • Your Coco Bamboo International Shrimp is ready!
