200g room temperature butter
1 tea cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
2 tea cups wheat flour
1 cup candied fruit tea
1 cup seedless black raisins
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon chemical yeast powder
1 and ½ cup icing sugar
4 tablespoons strained lemon juice
Cherries to taste
Nuts to taste
Raisins to taste
Candied fruit to taste
Directions
- In a mixer, beat 4 egg whites;
- Reserve;
- In a bowl, add 200g butter at room temperature;
- Add 1 cup of brown sugar;
- Beat well;
- Add 4 yolks;
- Knock again;
- Add 1 can of condensed milk;
- Child;
- Add 2 cups wheat flour tea;
- Child;
- Add 1 cup seedless black raisin tea;
- Add 1 cup candied fruit tea;
- Add 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts;
- Add 1 tsp orange zest;
- Mix well;
- Add the clear snow beats;
- Mix gently;
- Add 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder;
- Mix;
- Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- In a bowl, add 1 cup and ½ tea of icing sugar;
- Add 4 tablespoons strained lemon juice (gradually);
- Mix;
- Add over the cake;
- Add cherries to taste;
- Add Nuts to taste;
- Add raisins to taste;
- Add candied fruit to taste;
