With these chocolate truffles, the dessert everyone loves is guaranteed!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams semisweet chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (15 ml)

  • 1 can of cream (200 grams)

  • Enough cocoa powder to coat the truffles (about 1/2 cup)

Directions

  • In a container add the chopped chocolate, the cream and take it to the microwave for 1 minute and a half, turning it off every 30 seconds until it melts.
  • Mix very well, add the orange liqueur and mix again. 
    Book and wait for a few minutes for the mixture to cool.
  • Cover the mixture with cling film and leave it in the fridge preferably overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  • Form balls with portions of the cream using two spoons to shape the truffles, dip them in powdered chocolate and place them side by side on a plate.
  • Take the candies back to the fridge again until they firm up. 
    Before serving, dip the truffles in powdered chocolate again and they are ready to serve.
