- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 yolks
- 2 cups of milk
- 200g semisweet chocolate

- 1 box of cream
- Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to decorate
Directions

- Gradually add the milk, stirring well to dissolve all the ingredients.
- Put the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until you get a thick cream.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In another pan, melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, taking care not to burn it.

- Reserve.
- In a refractory or in individual bowls, make a layer of cookies moistened with milk.
- Then place a layer of chocolate cream over the cookies.
- Continue alternating layers of cookies and cream, ending with a layer of chocolate cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until well chilled and firm.
- When serving, you can decorate with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings if you wish.
- Serve the iced Chocolate Pave and enjoy!
