
Chocolate pudding is a creamy and delicious dessert, made with condensed milk, milk, eggs and chocolate powder. It is a classic dessert that pleases all palates.

Ingredients
1 cup (200g) sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) water
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 cup (240ml) milk
3 eggs
1 cup (100g) chocolate powder
Directions
- To make the syrup, place the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it melts and turns golden.
- Add the hot water and continue stirring until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- To make the dough, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the dough into the caramelized mold and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before unmolding.
