1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 pinch of baking powder
Directions
- In a microwave-safe mug, place the egg, sugar, cocoa powder, oil and milk. Mix well with a fork until smooth.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix again until incorporated.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes, or until the cake rises and turns golden.
- Serve hot or cold, with or without topping.
