Ingredients
200 grams of chopped milk chocolate
100 grams chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 can of cream (395 ml)
1 tablespoon cognac or cachaça (optional)
Accompaniments: chopped fruit, marshmallows, cookies, sweet biscuits, etc.
Directions
- In a fondue pot or small saucepan, place the chopped chocolate and cream.
- Take to medium fire, in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and becomes homogeneous.
- If you want, add the cognac or cachaça and mix.
- Serve the fondue hot with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
- So that the chocolate doesn’t burn, it’s important to always stir it during melting.
