Ingredients
4 whole eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil (tea)
2 cups of unsweetened prepared coffee
1 cup cocoa powder (or cocoa powder)
4 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 teaspoon chemical yeast
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar and oil to a blender, then cover and blend well.
- Add the coffee and cocoa powder or chocolate powder, then the wheat flour little by little and beat little by little.
- Put the chemical baking powder, beat enough to mix with the dough and transfer it to a greased and infarcted shape.
- Take the cake to the preheated oven at 200º₢ to bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when skewered.
- Carefully remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Unmold if you prefer and the chocolate coffee cake is ready.
