Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
3 eggs
Chocolate sprinkles to decorate (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature).
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, chocolate powder, sugar, butter and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the oven to bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour, or until the brigadeirão is firm in the center.
- Remove the brigadeirão from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding.
- Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
