Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and walnuts.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and mix well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased, floured loaf pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Serve hot or cold, with ice cream or chocolate sauce if desired.
