Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 1 small chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • Vegetable oil (for greasing the frying pan)

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until soft and golden.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the pan and stir well.
  • Add the tomato sauce and water to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reserve.
  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, milk, eggs and melted butter.
  • Beat well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease it with a little vegetable oil.
  • Pour a small ladle of batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
  • Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat the process until you finish all the dough.
  • Put a portion of the chicken stuffing on each pancake and roll them up.
  • Serve the chicken pancakes hot, accompanied by salad or sauce of your choice.
