Ingredients
1 cup (tea) of arborio rice
1/2 cup (tea) of dry white wine
4 cups (tea) of beef broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (tea) of crushed gorgonzola cheese
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, sauté the onion in butter until translucent.
- Add the rice and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and cook until the wine is absorbed by the rice.
- Add 1 cup (tea) of beef broth and cook, stirring constantly, until the broth is absorbed.
- Repeat the process, adding 1 cup of beef broth at a time, until the rice is cooked al dente, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese.
- Serve immediately.
