Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of arborio rice

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of dry white wine

  • 4 cups (tea) of beef broth

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of crushed gorgonzola cheese

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan, sauté the onion in butter until translucent.
  • Add the rice and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and cook until the wine is absorbed by the rice.
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of beef broth and cook, stirring constantly, until the broth is absorbed.
  • Repeat the process, adding 1 cup of beef broth at a time, until the rice is cooked al dente, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
