Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cups of sweet cassava starch
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of grated cheese (could be mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, etc.)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and oil.
- In another bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and salt.
- Gradually add the tapioca mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Lastly, add the grated cheese and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is baked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
