3 eggs
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
1/2 cup oil (120ml)
150g grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt (be careful with the salt as Parmesan tends to be salty)
1 and 1/2 cup of sweet sprinkles (210g)
1 and 1/2 cup of sour starch (210g)
1 tablespoon (soup) of chemical yeast (15g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs;
- Add 1 cup milk (240ml);
- Add 1/2 cup oil (120ml);
- Mix and beat well;
- Add 150g of grated parmesan;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt (be careful with the salt, as Parmesan tends to be salty);
- Mix;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cups of sweet sprinkles (210g);
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup of sour sprinkle (210g);
- Mix;
- Add 1 tablespoon (soup) of chemical yeast (15g);
- Mix;
- Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
