Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower (mine weighed 950 g)

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 4 cloves medium minced garlic

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1 level dessert spoon of salt

  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley and chives

Directions

  • Add 1 large cauliflower (mine weighed 950 g) in a blender or mixer;
  • Grind;
  • In a pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 4 cloves medium minced garlic;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add 1 medium chopped onion;
  • Mix and let it gold;
  • Add cauliflower;
  • Mix;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix and sauté for 6 minutes;
  • Turn off the fire and add parsley and chopped onion;
  • Your Cauliflower Rice is ready!
