Ingredients
1 large cauliflower (mine weighed 950 g)
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves medium minced garlic
1 medium chopped onion
1 level dessert spoon of salt
3 tablespoons chopped parsley and chives
Directions
- Add 1 large cauliflower (mine weighed 950 g) in a blender or mixer;
- Grind;
- In a pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Add 4 cloves medium minced garlic;
- Let it gold;
- Add 1 medium chopped onion;
- Mix and let it gold;
- Add cauliflower;
- Mix;
- Add salt to taste;
- Mix and sauté for 6 minutes;
- Turn off the fire and add parsley and chopped onion;
- Your Cauliflower Rice is ready!
