For your cassava cake to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 kg of grated raw cassava

  • 250 ml whole milk

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 coffee spoon of chemical baking powder

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

Directions

  • In a blender, add 4 eggs;
  • Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
  • Add 1 kg of grated raw cassava;
  • Add 250 ml of whole milk;
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk;
  • Add 4 tablespoons butter;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer the dough to a bowl;
  • Add 100 grams of grated coconut;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Your cassava cake (cassava/cassava) is ready!
