Ingredients
4 eggs
1 kg of grated raw cassava
250 ml whole milk
1 glass of coconut milk
1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 coffee spoon of chemical baking powder
100 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- In a blender, add 4 eggs;
- Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
- Add 1 kg of grated raw cassava;
- Add 250 ml of whole milk;
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk;
- Add 4 tablespoons butter;
- Beat well;
- Transfer the dough to a bowl;
- Add 100 grams of grated coconut;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder;
- Mix well;
- Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
