700g of cassava
250g calabresa sausage
250g of bacon
1 medium onion
1/2 bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
Dye/coloral
Spices to taste
Directions
- In a pan with water, add 700g of cassava;
- Add 1 tablespoon salt;
- Tampe and cook for 20 minutes from the moment you get pressure;
- In a blender, add the cassava with a little of the cooking water;
- Beat well;
- In a pan, fry 250g of bacon;
- Fry 250g of pepperoni sausage;
- Add onion and bell pepper;
- Add spices to taste;
- Add the beaten cassava;
- Mix;
- Add parsley and cilantro;
- Your cassava broth (soup) is ready!
