Ingredients
2 bananas
1 medium carrot
1 tablespoon honey
300 ml of ice water
300 ml skimmed milk
Directions
- Peel the carrot, cut into slices and transfer to a blender.
- Add the ice water, cover the device and beat for 1 minute.
- Strain the carrot juice through a sieve, lightly pressing a spoon.
- Place the chopped bananas, carrot juice, milk and honey in a blender.
